The PMO Accord projet has been chartered by the PMI Program Management Office Specific Interest Group in December of 2007 with the goal of authoring "an Accord of proven practices for building and operating a Program Management Office (PMO)". Over 140 members of the group have volunteered to contribute a collection of articles based on their experiences. So far, 16 articles have been collected into the first edition of the PMO Accord.
